Hey guys! It's Gwen blogging today, finally!
Sorry was either too busy to post previously, or had no inspiration! Heh.
Kinda have in mind something to post this time...

You know, Nothing in life is ever mere coincidence

In a birthday gift a best friend gave to me this birthday, she wrote "I don't believe anything in life is a coincidence." & I say I don't believe either.

Sometimes we think that taxi that passed our way when we needed it most is just a coincidence... Or maybe that message our friends texted us when we feel the most discouraged is just mere coincidental... Or that bird that pooed on your head when you have had a bad enough day is just yet again coincidental. Have you ever thought, it may be part of a more divine plan? Have you ever thought that God actually really cared about the slightest detail of our lives, and what He allowed/disallowed today may be so that we can have a better tomorrow? (:

No, the leader you have over your life in cell/zone/church is not just mere coincidence. It is in fact, I believe, divinely planned. That leader was placed over our lives so we can learn all we need to learn from him/her. So that our purpose in God can be fulfilled. So that we can live the life God wants us to live! So, enjoy every single moment you have under every single leader!

No, that time your godly friend called you doing something not very right isn't just coincidence either. It may be because God cares and wants our attitude and character to be corrected before it is just too late.

No, that day when you felt your lowest when you first came church isn't just a coincidence either! God has planned this timely moment just for you a long time back!

No, those parents you have aren't just an anyhow thing. They are put over your life with God having a plan in His mind. They are the people God wants us to respect and called them our parents, no matter how much we may feel they don't deserve it. In God's eyes, these are your parents. It is no mistake. There is no qualms about it.

I don't know how I can fully explain this. But all things happen for a reason. We won't always know why, nor do we always know how will things work out? But that's the whole point isn't it? That's the whole point of God's sovereignty, the whole point of understanding He is ultimately in control and trusting Him all the way, even why you don't know the hows and the whys.

Just earlier, I felt God convicting me of a wrong behaviour I have had. Well, I thought, okay I'll pray over it later, let me do what I want to do now. I'll confess and repent later. So I went about my own business with my computer. Who knows? It is such a coincidence divine intervention that my comp suddenly shut down on its own and I had to stop whatever I was doing. Well, &cause it was my mom's laptop I was using, I had to wait for her to unlock it. &great, she was in the toilet! So, I decided to pray and think over what I did wrong just now. Just nice when I'm done praying, my mom came out of the toilet and unlocked the comp for me! Well, it seems a lot like just a mere coincidence. But maybe, it really isn't. Maybe God just wants my attention for that very short moment, for me to have my attitude aligned with His, and to really bring and confess my shortcomings to Him. Maybe He planned the right thing to happen at the right time. So I can really do what is right. Haha.

I don't know what you guys think. But I am convinced, nothing in life is a coincidence! The people around you... The school you are in... The church you have been brought to.. Well, nothing is a coincidence!
